Nicholas J. Johnson is an associate attorney with Schmitt Schneck Even & Williams, P.C. He focuses his practice in real estate, commercial transactions, and charitable organizations. Nick is committed to helping clients reach their objectives and goals.

Nick graduated from Wheaton College (IL) in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Economics and was a pitcher on the baseball team. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the Regent University School of Law in 2021. While at Regent, Nick was the Vice-Chair of the Trial Advocacy Board. As a member of the James Kent American Inn of Court, Nick received recognition as the recipient of The Honorable Richard B. Kellum Professional Responsibility Award for excellence in his professional responsibility class and outstanding character. Nick was also a managing editor for the Journal for Global Justice & Public Policy and his student note, Protecting the Vulnerable: Keeping Children Safe with the Kelsey Smith Act was published in the JGJPP 2021 Issue.

Nick was also a member of the Business Law Society, Christian Legal Society, and the Federalist Society.  In the summer of 2019, Nick was an extern for Honorable Robert C. Jones of the United States District Court of Nevada and for the Washoe County District Attorney Christopher Hicks. In the summer of 2020, Nick returned to Nevada and externed for the Honorable Larry R. Hicks of the United States District Court of Nevada.
